Do you work with clients outside of Phuket?
Absolutely. We work remotely with clients across Thailand and internationally. All briefing, feedback, and delivery happens online — no in-person meetings required.
How does payment work?
We take a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due on delivery. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer (THB) and international wire.
What if I need something not listed here?
Just reach out. Many of our best projects started as custom briefs. We'll scope it, price it fairly, and give you a clear proposal with no surprises.
How long does a website take to build?
Starter sites typically take 1–2 weeks. Business packages run 3–5 weeks. Hospitality and e-commerce projects are typically 4–8 weeks. Timelines are confirmed in your project proposal.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. Many clients start with a One Page or Starter site and grow into a Business or E-commerce build. We keep all source files organised to make future expansions straightforward and affordable.
